White chocolate and raspberries muffins recipe.

The mix of white chocolate and raspberries is very good! 

For 8 to 10 muffins
Bake 20mn
1OOgr butter
250gr flour with baking powder incorporated
100gr sugar
1 pinch of salt
3 eggs
10 cl liquid cream
100 gr white chocolate chips
150gr raspberries

Preheat oven 180°C (th6)
melt the butter in microwave
In a bowl, mix the flower with baking powder incorporated with the sugar and salt.

In another bowl, mix the eggs, cream, melted butter and add the white chocolate chips.

Mix the two bowls together  gently adding the raspberries.

Pour into the muffins baking tray , filling them to the 3/4,  add the rest of raspberries on top and bake for 20mn.
