What about chocolate? I love them all ,black, white, "au lait"milk  and especially those from Belgium and Switzerland.
These have marshmallow inside.

Lemon and poppy seeds Muffins

60gr icing sugar
2 tablespoons water

320 gr white flour
3 tablespoons poppy seeds
1 Teaspoon salt
3 teaspoon (cuillères à café) baking powder

Peel of 1 1/2 lemon
150gr sugar
125gr butter
2eggs white and yolk separated
40ml lemon juice
210ml greek yoghurt

Preheat the oven190°C
prepare the icing, mixing icing sugar and water
Mix flour,poppy seeds,baking powder,salt and the peel of one lemon
mix butter, sugar together. Beat the eggs white.Mix yoghurt,and lemon juice. you must obtain 250ml  
Add the egg yolks to the mixture, butter-sugar, add yoghurt and lemon, eggs beaten white.

INCORPORATE  little by little, poppy seeds,flour , baking powder salt and lemon juice . pour into muffin tin and bake for 20 to 25mn.

Put the icing on top. (tomorow i will convert the grammes...)
