Salted Muffins: pear and blue cheese

This week end, we have tasted for you a salted muffin, very tasty! A pear and blue cheese muffin.You may use "Fourme d'Ambert cheese or " Roquefort"
For 8 to 10 muffins
Bake for20mn 180°C- Th6- 350°F

1 big ripe pear (une grosse poire mure)
100 gr Fourme d'Ambert
5 pieces of coriander
10cl fermented milk or liquid yogurt
4 soup spoons  olive oil (tablespoons)
150 gr wheat flour
2cuillères à café (teaspoons)baking powder
salt and pepper

Cut the pear and cheese into small pieces

In a bowl mix the eggs,the milk or yogurt,olive oil,the flour and baking powder until you obtain an homogeneous dough.
Then incorporate the pear and cheese, salt , pepper and coriander.
And bake for 20mn ;These muffins are very good with a salad  seasoned with walnut oil and vinegar!

Muffins aux Carambars / Caramel Muffins

Caramel Muffins  /Muffins aux Carambar.
Recipe for 12muffins
20mn preparation
bake 20mn

18 caramels (carambars)
15cl fresh cream ( crème fraiche)  0,633 CUPS
120gr butter (beurre) 7,999 spoons,0,265 lbs
100gr brown sugar ( sucre roux) 6,666spoons, 0,22 lbs
2 eggs (oeufs)
150gr flour ( farine)9,999 spoons, 0,331lbs
1/2 a packet baking powder ( levure) (5  to 6 gr baking powder) 1/2 a tea spoon.
1 pinch of salt (sel)

Preheat your oven 180°C(th6)
Beat the butter and sugar and add the eggs one by one.
Mix the baking powder, flour and salt
and add to the first mixture.
Melt the caramels on a gentle heat with the cream.
You must obtain the consistancy of a paste.
Mix all the ingredients together, pour into a muffin cake tin up to 2/3 and bake for 20mn.

Prechauffer votre four th180°C (th6)
Battre énergiquement le beurre avec le sucre roux et ajouter les oeufs un à un.
Mélanger levure, farine et sel,  et ajouter au premier mélange.
Ouvrir les Carambars et les faire fondre à feu doux avec la crème fraiche jusqu'à obtention d'une texture lisse . Ajouter à la pâte.
Verser la pâte aux 2/3 des moules à muffins et enfourner 20mn en surveillant la cuisson.

Chocolate and pear Muffins

Hello everybody! Well after "le Monde de Catherine", I decided to have a second blog,( with the help of my son! thank you Romain.) I love baking and especially Muffins, I have some good recipes I want to share with you. So if you are interested , welcome on my new blog!
300gr flour
11gr baking powder ( 1 sachet de levure chimique)
100gr sugar
1 pinch of salt
100 gr chocolate chips
3 pears
25cl full cream milk
75gr melted butter

Cut the pears into small pieces.
In the first bowl, mix the flour, the baking powder, sugar,salt and chocolate.
Inthe second bowl,  mix the milk,eggs and melted butter.
Mix bowl one and two and add the cut pears.
And bake for 25mn at 180°C (th6)
